Product Tags based on "ABC Grade" or Bestseller Ranking?

Anyone know if it is possible to automatically tag products based on their ABC Grade or other Bestseller ranking? I

I’ve been using XLS scripts to do this as it’s not apparent how to do this inside Shopify. Thanks!
