Help! We have several products, but we have 3 product tags that will randomly be removed from a customer page. I will manually re-add, but that still does not solve the issue as it will happen again. Once that tag is removed, our customer will lose access to that product and it’s starting to cause a big problem. Any suggestions?
Did you figure anything out with this? And do you happen to use Bold Subscriptions?
No, nothing yet. We do use Bold Subscriptions for our memberships, but the tag that’s associated with that is ok. It’s specific product tags that “fall off”
