Product Upsells with Custom Messages on Product Page

Hello!

I am trying to figure out how to add some product upsells on the product page, with the ability to add a custom message. I’m using the theme Broadcast (Invisible Themes).

Please see the screenshot for an example of what I’m trying to achieve. When you click on a greeting card, a text box opens for a custom message.

I am searching for an app or how to use metafields to make this happen.

This can we achieve with the custom coding,

It will to 8-10 Hours approx using the custom code.

You have to contact with a shopify developer.
