Anyone know of any app that works with the Abandoned Checkouts function within Shopify. I’m currently using VO Product Options app now and absolutely love it but apparently since it uses the Draft Order function to create orders it therefor will not work with the Abandoned Checkouts function. So I literally have hundreds of visitors to my website daily and I can clearly see there are people that make it to the checkout but that is where it ends. I have no data or metric afterwards. With my old platform, Abandoned Checkouts were roughly 10% of my business, I mean I don’t know how a eCommerce business functions without it.
I reached out to the App developer and they said that everything use to work together, as in Abandoned Checkouts worked and tracked lost sales like it should. They said something has changed with Shopify end and now there is nothing they can do. App developer also said they’ve reached out to Shopify to try and work with them on the issue and can not get anywhere with them.
So I reach out to Shopify and of course they say it’s nothing to do with their end of things and is all on the App developer. But Shopify also can not suggest any App that functions properly with Shopify Abandoned Checkouts. So anyone have any suggestions for a solution?
