I’m having an issue with variants changing to default when a customer adds them to the cart. I’ve noticed this issue being brought up quite a bit on the discussion forums here but can’t find a solution for my store.

Customers will choose a variant, then add that variant to their shopping cart. However, in the cart it will change to whatever the default variant is for that product. Part of the problem is that I cannot replicate this issue, and most customers don’t seem to be having this issue, but I do regularly get phone calls from different customers that tell me they are experiencing it. I’ve tried to survey them and ask what browser, OS, etc, they are using and can’t find any commonality among those that are having the problem. I’m surely losing a lot of sales due to this issue.
