I can pick all of them but in the product page the combined ones aren’t showing

You will have to define the hex code color of your custom color swatches. It should be somewhere in your theme customization, if not then it will be there in your product variant metaobject settings in the Shopify admin dashboard.

Navy / Red: #000080 / #FF0000

No it won’t work like that, for two different codes you will have to choose only one hex code which works for both colors. Thank you for your reply.
