Hi There. We’re using the Shopify supply theme and for some reason, the product variant dropdown selection is not working on any mobile devices or tablets. It works perfectly on a PC or laptop but not on any mobile devices or tablets. The website URL is iot-store.com.au
Does anyone know how to resolve this critical issue?
Hi @Made4uo-Ribe , Thank you for your time and reply. That’s weird, It seems that some product variant selection is working. I’m testing with a few Samsung A50 and A52 series.
For example, the product variant selection is not working for any of these products:

There are more products that the variant selection doesn’t work on mobile, not sure what could be the reason and how to resolve it. Appreciate any help or hint to resolve this.
Sorry I do not have those device. Can you confirm if this problems are only to a certain devices? Maybe try some other device. I dont see any errors in the console either
Hi @Made4uo-Ribe , thank you once again. You’re right it seems this issue is not for all mobile devices. I have tested on a range of Samsung devices and have the same issue with product variant selection not working. Initially, we thought it wouldn’t work for any mobile devices since we had only these Samsung devices on hand, but you’re right it’s limited to a range of devices. Do you know of any known bugs or fixes we can apply to resolve this issue for all mobile devices? Appreciate your time. Thanks.
