Product Variant Sort Flow for Products with 100+ Variants

Hi All,

I have products with sometimes 100+ variants, that I would like to be able to custom sort. Think sporting goods with stick curves, flexes, height, etc.

Would there be a flow to help with this. Currently, my process is to export via CSV, reorder in excel, update the Variant position column, then upload the file back into shopify. I would love to automate this moving forward.
