We are experiencing a problem with our product option translations.
As you can see in this page: https://gorgolette.com/en/products/afrodit-madalyon-kolye
everythin except the variations are english.
In the image below , you can see our translations are complete, however,
When you open the product, translations are not available. Image [2]
During my search for a solution, I realized that product options are loaded asynchronously via an API call to https://inspon-cloud.com/dev-app/backend/api/api.php that returns the following response:

I contacted plugin support and they said
“Our team has already reviewed the English translation problem on the product pages. Unfortunately, our Developers cannot update the translations because the product translations rely on third-party plug-ins in the store variant section. To address this, please reach out to the third-party plug-in provider for your store’s translations or consider not using the third-party plug-in so that our app can update the translations.”
However, we don’t rely on a third party plugin.
How can I solve this problem?
