Product Variants as Single Products + Variant Images Only When Variant Selected - Dawn 15.2

Hello everyone!

I have looked for apps and custom code solutions in order to achieve the following, but without any success:

I want the different product color variants to show as single products in my store. When you hover over them, the second picture should also be from that same variant, not the main product. Then, when you are on the product page and you select a certain color variant, only product pictures from that color variant are shown.

I have managed to implement product variants shown as single products, but when I went ahead and implemented the other 2 due to conflicts I was not able to achieve my desired result.

Could anyone help me with this?

Hi @LorenzoMasiello I see you already solved the first part of the problem. And to display only relevant variant images on the product page when specific color selected you can use Rubik Variant Images app. Just for transparency I am the founder of this app. So if you also need I can help you from support personally. We are supporting Dawn theme so it should work for you.
