From my product pages, only the initial image shown is able to be added to cart. If another colour variant is chosen that variant cannot be added to the cart.

This has only started happening in the last week or so, and in that time I’ve added one app [Lookfy], and added some custom coding on advice from some experts here to turn white text on a white background, to black.

Shopify have advised to revert back to the original version of my theme but I’m unclear what that would entail.

This is happening on all my clothing products: https://www.hobbster.co.uk/collections/mens-t-shirts, https://www.hobbster.co.uk/collections/womens-t-shirts, https://www.hobbster.co.uk/collections/womens-hoodies-and-sweatshirts

Store URL is www.hobbster.co.uk

Hi @Solomond It seems like the issue is happening from the app, have you tried to disable the app, as I have looked into the app and it seems like they use to inject the code in your product page to show the gallery, so for double checking the same why don’t you just remove the app from your store along with removing all the code instances that this app has injected in your theme, and then check back again, if the issue is solved or not.

If the issue persisted then it seems like the JS issue in your theme, and you need to investigate the same in your theme.

If you will unable to investigate the same then I’m happy to do this for you, let me know. I can investigate the code so that this will work well for you.

Hopefully it will help you. If yes then Please don’t forget hit Like and Mark it as solution!

Best Regards

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have uninstalled the app, clear cache and re-tested, along with the Apps developer. There was no change so it doesnt appear to be the app. The issue seems to be exclusive to Edge however, as the problem doesn’t occur in Chrome.
