Product Visibility Issue in New Shopify Fabric Theme

I have recently implemented the newly launched Fabric theme on my Shopify store to enhance the user experience with its modern design and performance optimizations. However, after switching to this theme, I noticed that all products are showing as out of stock or are completely invisible on the storefront, despite having sufficient inventory in the backend.

This problem appears to be isolated to the Fabric theme because when I switch back to previous themes, all products display correctly with accurate stock status. The issue could be related to how the Fabric theme handles inventory settings, product availability, or caching mechanisms. It’s also possible that the theme has built-in filters or settings that inadvertently hide products not tagged or configured according to new requirements.

I have checked the basic inventory settings on Shopify, confirmed that products are active and available on sales channels, and ensured that no manual visibility restrictions are set. Despite this, the products remain hidden or marked out of stock when viewed through the Fabric theme.

This issue is critical as it directly affects sales and customer experience, so a timely resolution is important.

Hi @nitorious has this issue been resolved? We are looking at using the same theme also based on its features avaialbe. but it sounds like its dead in the water? or did you move to a new theme?

It’s still an issue - I am having to change theme because of this. Doesn’t matter what the settings are in products, it either shows as ‘out of stock’ or doesn’t allow the user to put the chosen item into the basket.

Shame - style over s*bstance.
