Some of our products do not have a preview image in the product grid. This problem exists only for a certain collection that has been implemented through an app called “spreadconnect”, which is a conncetor to a print on demand service. The problem were created in spreadconnect and then can be selected in the shopify dashboard
We are using the theme “colorblock”
Previously existing (digital) products that have been created in shopify itself are shown correctly.
The not correctly displayed products have existing productphotos in media and in the variant section. I messed around with the code based on chatgpt input, and I could make the photos appear. But the layout would be messed up, the images too big or overlaying the button.
I really wasn’t sure what I was doing to the code of the snippet, so I kind of gave up.
Any recommendation on how to tackle this problem?
