My products are active, in stock, published to Online Store, and visible in Shopify admin, but they are not appearing on my live storefront. Shopify support has verified my settings and escalated the issue over 48 hours ago, but I still have no update.
I have already checked:
Online Store availability
inventory
collections
Markets
theme settings
Search & Discovery filters
Products still do not render on the live site even though they show active everywhere in admin.
Is anyone else currently experiencing this or has anyone found a fix?

Hello @Bandit , There might be some technical challenges with product display due to a storefront that is not indexed properly compared to just setting challenges. This being the case and all the above having been confirmed, then the most likely challenges will be:
Theme conflict codes
Problems with storefront indexing
Collections problems
Challenges with marketplaces
Interference by some apps affecting visibility
Troubleshooting procedures include:
Using a new theme such as Dawn on Shopify
Accessing products directly through the link
Creating a new manual collection including a product
Disabling search and discovery filters for now
Products included in marketplace catalogs
Product in default product template
Disabling apps like filters, wholesale, and visibility
And you somehow have access to their store so, presumably, either Shopify employee, but not, or someone hired by them, but decided to communicate here?
Some merchants have reported this when affected by cached collection indexes, hidden theme constraints, or storefront filtering logic not found in the admin settings. One thing to test is to switch to a default Shopify theme like Dawn temporarily to eliminate theme related rendering issues. Also see if products show up via direct product URLs but not via collections because that can indicate you have Search & Discovery filters, automated collection rules, or indexing issues. There are also a number of stores for which this is fixed by republishing products in bulk and/or forcing a collection reindex.
Honestly dont share your store password with random people in here, you can figure this out yourself.
The most common one I’ve seen is the product isnt actually published to Online Store. Go to the product in admin, scroll down to Publishing and make sure Online Store is listed. If its not there hit Manage and add it. Sounds obvious but its easy to miss.
If thats fine then check your collections. A product can be active and published but if its not in any collection thats actually linked on your site then nobody can find it. Go look at your navigation menu and see which collections are there, then make sure your product is in one of them.
The other one that gets people is Markets. If you have shopify markets set up go to Settings then Markets and check that the product isnt excluded from your primary market. I spent like an hour debugging this for someone once and it was just a market toggle.
If none of that works just switch to Dawn for 30 seconds. If the product shows up on Dawn then you know its your theme not shopify.
