Products can't sync to SHOP APP because missing picture

Hi, anyone have same issue that products can’t sync to SHOP APP because missing picture? I did upload many pictures to the products and it’s over two weeks. The products are still not listed in SHOP APP. I have contact support but no reply yet. I also tried to remove from SHOP sales channel and add again. But it doesn’t work.

I also tried uninstall SHOP and install it, doesn’t help either.

Anyone have same issue and how to fix it? Thank you.

I have the same problem today

I tried to add picture from SHOP-catalog and it worked. Not sure when they could fix it but SHOP team is working on it.

And where exactly did you change that in SHOP?

You can manage products, categories, and collections on Shop directly from your Shopify admin (‘Settings > Apps and sales channels > Shop’). From there, you can try resyncing the products.
