Recently, I launched a product on my site and the graphic which adjust, is not so bigger in size. But, it still appears late on site when I view the product on my or anyone’s phone or pc. However, I can’t fix this issue. I tried to reach shopify site https://www.shopify.com/ but couldn’t got any response. Can anyone recommend me any solution for this?
Shopify uses LAZY LOAD to load images - what theme are you using?
I’m using impulse theme for my store as I sell artificial jewelry in just one country, you can say, like Locally or local selling. In fact, another problem I’m facing is the url problem as I set my store’s url that is zaivor.pk but when i login the url appears: https://shopify.com/store/fb1cf0-2/store/ I don’t know how to fix it even I had communicated with the shopify support team and also the support team by whom I purchased my domain. But, still no solution.

For your login url. If you go to zaivor.pk/admin it redirects you to the shopify store url. This WILL NOT change. This is only for you to login to your store to manage it. Other users will not use this URL. I do recommend you add an ACCOUNT ICON to the header of your website so that your users can login to their accounts. Typically this page is at /pages/account/login or something of that nature but yours is HERE: https://www.zaivor.pk/account/login. - this is for YOUR CUSTOMERS not for you to admin the website.
