Products in a collection repeating and not getting to fresh items

I have just had two emails from customers about the same issue (it’s never happened before).

Note, I have not added any new aps or done any custom coding.

If you go to a product page, it will keep on repeating the same items, and when it ‘loads’ it repeats the same items. It never gets to another page of items. Here’s a link of a product page to exemplify
