Please help I have literally rearranged my products in collections in the order I want them about 29 times and within hours they revert back?
I’ve checked apps that maybe effecting it and nothing?

So I manually or by number move the products in a collection and a few hours later they revert back?
You are doing it right. Ideally, it should not revert back. Are you seeing it reverted back here on the admin page or in the website?
Sorry its taken a while (other things happening) but this is still happening this morning I rearranged products in collections again and you can clearly see this evening they have reverted back both on admin and website?
This is not Shopify behavior. Something is off. Do you have any third-party apps or integrations associated with products/collections?
