Products not approved for Google sales channel

All of my products are showing 3 errors and a publishing status that reads “needs attention”.

Here are the errors that are being shown:

  • Demoted: Limited performance due to missing identifiers [gtin, mpn, brand] in [Free_listings] [US].

  • Missing shipping information in [Free_listings] [US].

  • Pending initial review in [Free_listings] [US].

Any insight about how I can go about getting these errors resolved so that my products will begin to show in Google sales channels? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry for the late response. My Google Merchant Center doesn’t seem to look the same as what is shown in the video. In the video, you navigated like this: Products > Feeds > (select feed) > Feed rules etc. However when I click on products I’m not met with a drop-down menu at all!

If you have Google Merchant Center Next, you either need to wait until Google has launched the new version (currently its in beta and does not have all the features) or convert to GMC Classic.

  1. Navigate to your Google Merchant Center dashboard.
  2. Click on the question mark (?) icon located in the top right corner.
  3. A help popup will appear. Scroll to the very bottom.
  4. Choose the option “Use Classic Merchant Center.”
