When creating an order manually products aren’t available.
so we can’t create manual orders.

Earlier today, Shopify received reports that some merchants were unable to create draft orders, select products to add to draft orders, and edit orders. Our developers have since resolved the issue and you should now be able to add products when creating draft orders.
Before creating a draft order, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps listed below:
- Clear your cache and cookies and reboot the browser.
- Try on a different web browser.
