Products not found when creating orders from dashboard

Hi - when I manually create an order for a customer it takes a VERY long time to find products. How can I speed this up? It looks as though there are no products at all, but if I leave the system running for 5-10 mins it eventually finds the product, it’s pretty frustrating.

Thanks for writing! Try the following tips:

  • Write the whole name of the product.
  • Delete your cookies and cache in the last 24 hours and try again.
