Products not publishing to Google sales channel

Almost all of my products were published to my Google sales channel via Shopify and all was working well. Then, Google suspended my account for “suspicious payment activity” which was definitely not happening. Now that Google has re-instated my ads account all of my items still show the yellow circle next to Google sales channel in Shopify and says “Suspended account for policy violation” so my products are not posting to Google. What can I do to fix this??

If your products are not posting to Google Sales Channel from Shopify and you are seeing the message “Suspended account for policy violation,” there are a few things you can do to fix this issue:

  • Re-connect Google Sales Channel: Disconnect the Google Sales Channel from Shopify and then reconnect it again. This typically helps to reset the connection and clear any errors.
  • Wait 24 hours: It may take up to 24 hours for your account to fully restore after being re-instated by Google. If you have made changes to your product listings or payment information, make sure to wait at least 24 hours before checking if your products are posting to Google Sales Channel.
  • Review Google’s policies: Take a close look at Google’s policies regarding product listings and ensure that you are not violating any of them. If you find that you are not in compliance with any policies or requirements, make the necessary changes to your product listings in Shopify.
  • Verify Payment information: Verify that your payment information is up to date and that all payments have been successfully processed.
  • Contact Google Support: Reach out to Google Support and explain the situation. They will be able to provide you with more information about why your account was suspended and what steps you can take to resolve the issue.
