Hi, I appreciate your help.

On in Shopify - Products - Collections, I have 12 products. From the top “view” on the collection page, the website view displays all 12 products. When viewed from the live or customize theme view when using the main menu, there are only 2 products displayed.

In a separate category, same scenario but no products show.

I have a collections section in the middle of the home page and all the products show if that is used.

Is it a bug? or What am I missing?

Can you please provide some more details so that we can look into this.

It may be the case you have not added those in navigation

Or there may be some other issue

Please provide store url and password as well if password protected to look deeper into the issue

I redirected the URL in Navigation - main menu… again (LOL) and I finally figured it out. Thank you.
