Hi, we have been having issues with getting a product to show up on the website, every time we have tried to have it appear after going through the designated collection its just a blank space.
we are wondering whether anyone will be able to provide some insight on how we can get around this issue.
@pawankumar Is right. Also, to add to this - make sure you check your collection that you are having issues with, not jus the products since you said the whole collection is not showing up.
From this image you can see that this collection is showing on Online Store (you website) and Google products but not Shop or Pinterest. Just make sure that Online has a green dot next to it.
Happy to look into this. Do you mind taking a couple screenshots; one of the product details from inside your product admin page, and another from the storefront where it’s missing/blank space in the collection?

Thank you for the offer to help we have been stuck for sometime now, the screenshots above show the areas we think are necessary to show. we can’t get the product to show on the website and if you have any advice we would be most thankful.

After taking a closer look, it seems the correct steps have been completed to ensure your products/collections are available to the online shop. Due to this, can you please confirm if the issue persists when previewing a different theme? If so, then I’d encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated, so they can complete some further digging.
To connect, you can follow the steps outlined below:
Try clicking the 3 dots within the publishing section in the top right corn of the page and then click Manage sales channels.
Then click the channels you want to publish to. Online Store needs to be selected if you want them to show. Any item not showing up check this section.
