Products not showing on website

Hi, we have been having issues with getting a product to show up on the website, every time we have tried to have it appear after going through the designated collection its just a blank space.

we are wondering whether anyone will be able to provide some insight on how we can get around this issue.

There may be many reasons

  • Product can be in draft status, You have to make it active if it is the case
  • Check if product is published on “online store” channel, Please do it if you are not already doing the same
  • Check on collection backend if product is showing there and is active
  • Check if product is excluded for particular market
  • If everything is correct, then there are chances that there exists some javascript error that is preventing the products to appear
  • Also, check if you are using some app on collections, and products are not synched in the app, you can contact app support for this

@pawankumar Is right. Also, to add to this - make sure you check your collection that you are having issues with, not jus the products since you said the whole collection is not showing up.

From this image you can see that this collection is showing on Online Store (you website) and Google products but not Shop or Pinterest. Just make sure that Online has a green dot next to it.

Happy to look into this. Do you mind taking a couple screenshots; one of the product details from inside your product admin page, and another from the storefront where it’s missing/blank space in the collection?

Thank you for the offer to help we have been stuck for sometime now, the screenshots above show the areas we think are necessary to show. we can’t get the product to show on the website and if you have any advice we would be most thankful.

After taking a closer look, it seems the correct steps have been completed to ensure your products/collections are available to the online shop. Due to this, can you please confirm if the issue persists when previewing a different theme? If so, then I’d encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated, so they can complete some further digging.

To connect, you can follow the steps outlined below:

  • Head over to our Help Center
  • In the virtual assistance chat box, type ‘Contact Support’
  • This will prompt you to log into your shop
  • Once logged in, you will see the option to chat with an advisor

From your first picture, If I am not mistaken, it looks like you do not have that product published to any sale channels. See image:

Try clicking the 3 dots within the publishing section in the top right corn of the page and then click Manage sales channels.

Then click the channels you want to publish to. Online Store needs to be selected if you want them to show. Any item not showing up check this section.
