Products Not Showing - Tried Everything

Can you help me?? I set up collections…everything is on, published, active and correct. The problem is, when I click on any collection apparel, gifts…no matter the collection, nothing happens. It just refreshes the page, and my products don’t show up.I have spent dayyyyys. Please help me. :tired_face:

Thank you for sharing that! It looks like you haven’t linked the correct button link. When your in your customizer and you click the column (don’t click the word apparel), just the space around it you should see the column come up on the side when you scroll down it should say button label and button link. Button label should say Apparel and the button link needs to be linked to the apparel collection. Let me know if that works for you!

I am in the customizer…but where do I go after that exactly?

Great! You will want to go into your customzer then go to the page your inquiring about so click shop in your navigation. Then you will be able to click the apparel collection column. Then there will be a pop up on the side which has the button label and button link sections.

When I click the white space around apparel then only thing that pops up on the side is the header, footer, collection list…

The issue appears to extend beyond linking collections; however, it’s quite difficult to determine the exact problem without accessing your account and theme. Unfortunately, this isn’t something we can do on the Shopify Community, so I suggest creating a support ticket from here. Our support advisors can then take a closer look at your collection pages and investigate further. For anyone else reading this, there was a glitch in the code. I chatted with a tech person, and they were able to reset my theme and get my products to show.
