Im having the exactly same problem recently. Before it always worked. I’ve exlained to them the problem and sent them the target file for them to check and test. The Shopify customer service has been sent me longarticles to let me try to figure out the problem by myself, which is super annoy and helpless. Let’s see what their Tech team would response after I insisted them to check for their paid merchant.
