So my Shopify and the free google app were working great. I had over 500 product in my merchant account a lots of traffic. Then I decided to go from Shopify basic to Shopify plan. Right when I did that all my products in Google merchant disappeared. In the Shopify Google App 0 products. I tried everything. Removing the app and reinstalling. Turning all products off the Google sales channel and turning them back on. Nothing helped.

I contacted Shopify support through the chat and they said I need to contact Google. My merchant center is fine and I have 6 online stores with using google merchant and ads, so pretty comfortable with finding any errors. This feels like a Shopify issue but support didn’t do any supporting and I’m stuck.

First thing first, and it’s an FYI, just to keep your business approved. In most cases having multiple stores will eventually get you suspended. As Google expects 1 merchant to have 1 website. Unless you are targeting multiple countries. But that is besides your question, just want to give you a kind headsup.
