Products not showing up on trail account.

Hi, I’m currently on a my free trail and my products don’t show up on my page. I’ve followed the instructions on the youtube video and tried the fixes that come up when I searched the for community forum. Do products only show up once you’re on a paid account?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with adding products to the shop, to ensure this gets resolved.

To share some insight, the trial period is an opportunity for you to test out many of the features the platform has to offer. This includes the addition of products, collections, themes, etc and should not limit your ability to make them available to the online store.

To gather some more context, have the recently added products been made available to the online sales channel?

If not, this step would be necessary for products to populate on the storefront. I recommend checking out our Adding and Updating Products documentation for steps on how to complete this. It outlines however, you can:

  • Head to the Products section, from within the Shopify admin.

  • Click the product’s name to open its details. The product is available to the sales channels listed in the Product status section.

  • Set the product status as active.

  • Click Manage.

  • Select the channels and apps to make the product available to.

  • Click Done.

  • Click Save.

Once this has successfully been completed, you can head into Online Store > Actions > Preview to ensure the products are populating as expected. If however, you don’t see products appearing on the storefront after completing those steps, please feel free to Contact Support. This will allow our advisor team to investigate further and ensure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.
