I have spent the last 3 moths working on starting my dropshipping business. Formed an LLC, made my website, learned how to work with suppliers, waited a month for a form from the IRS for tiktok seller center, you name it. After dozens of hours working on my store i finally got approved by tiktok. Well when i went to sync my products it said that it was unable to do so. This lead me down a spiral of research for days to try and figure this out. I feel like i tried everything. It is saying that there’s something wrong with my warehouse being mapped, and I also have 0 inventory showing up in my Shopify store no matter what I try. I am about to give up. Im hoping that this is just user error and I can make a change that will solve this, but all of this is taking over my life, all because of the opportunity to hopefully escape my 9-5 where i make basically nothing, but it feels to me like I am not allowed to do so with all the roadblocks I have encountered with this. I dont know what else to try, if anybody has experienced this with Tiktok and solved it please help. I tried dsers, spocket, zendrop, autoDS, as well as changed and toyed with all the shopify settings. It seems like nobody else has this problem. Is my store glitched? Please help.
Topic summary
Main issue: After approval in TikTok Seller Center, product sync fails with an error about warehouse mapping, and Shopify shows 0 inventory across products.
Context: Merchant spent 3 months preparing a dropshipping business (LLC, website, supplier setup) and waited for an IRS form needed for TikTok onboarding.
Troubleshooting so far:
- Extensive research; suspects a configuration issue rather than a policy block.
- Tried multiple dropshipping apps (DSers, Spocket, Zendrop, AutoDS).
- Adjusted various Shopify settings; inventory still reads zero and TikTok sync won’t start.
- Believes warehouse/location mapping between Shopify and TikTok is misconfigured.
Impact: Store launch is blocked; significant time lost; user worries the store might be glitched.
Request: Seeking advice from anyone who fixed TikTok product sync failures tied to warehouse mapping and zero inventory in Shopify.
Status: Unresolved. Key unknowns: correct warehouse/location mapping steps and why Shopify inventory isn’t populating. No attachments or media noted.
Good luck with that. Hundreds of thousands of failed dropshipping stores tell a story.
Hi @cypress ,
Are you using the native Shopify Connector? When you attempted to do so, did it display any error?
