Products Photos been deleted without been updated on CVS file, so I can’t re-upload the old original file to restore the photos, kindly is there anyway can retrieve data from shopify.

Since Shopify is an as-is service we don’t back up or store data. Once data is deleted from your admin or store, we cannot guarantee that we can retrieve it. That said, we’d be happy to take a look at your account and see if there’s a chance we can restore your product photos. After visiting the link and logging in, you’ll be prompted to enter the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team.
