We have boxbuilder and have added items to the steps. These items are not available to buy individually in site, only when the customer is making and buying the gift box.
The items are not on any menu on the website and in inventory are priced at €0 as the boxbuilder gift box is a foxed price.
Today someone bought an item and got it for free. I used the search function on our shopify store and the product came up available to buy for €0. If I search all the products that are meant to only be part of the boxbuilder they all come up available to buy individually.
Can anyone help with this please?
