Products showing *Quantities Not Tracked*

Hello. I was wanting to know if you guys could see what the issue is in my store. I have a lot of products and they all have the same variation/prices.

What I did not know is some of my products are set to “inventory not tracked” so when I use a 3rd party app (GetVela) to bulk edit pricing, those do not change. I, however, figured out a way to make a variation profile in that app with set variations, pricing, Quantity tracking on, and applied it to my 283 listings. It says it worked fine, but on the Shopify side, I still have listings with quantities not tracked.

I have to manually go into each product variation and change the price which is very time consuming. Does anybody hear think they know why this would be?

For app specific problems you should contact that apps developers/support directly.

Sometimes it can just be a matter of turning it off and on again.

Just make some marginal change that will let you re-apply the data in the app back to shopify, or just flip tracking off apply it then turn it on and apply that.

Or resync the products to the app to see if the app will show the same state as show in shopify.
