Products sync to Google Merchant but not Goolge Ads - plus GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE warnings

Hoping for help on the website, and wondering if the issue is related. DEBUT THEME

I have linked merchant account to google ads, but have no products available in google ads.

On google search i get the below warnings, and would love to get rid of them. I have seen various other help topics on this, but it doesn’t to give a clear answer. I beieve some of these warnings are related to product review shopify app

Website is https://milagro.com.au

Make sure your products are approved in Google Merchant Center > Products > Diagnostics

With regards to structured data, consider installing the code using this free guide: https://feedarmy.com/kb/shopify-microdata-for-google-shopping/

Thank you for the reference and code to the google search warnings, I’ll update the relevant files and revert back once goolge has enough time to rechceck all pages.

For the merchant account, all products have been aprroved for months. Initially, they were automatically not approved, but google reviewed and accepted. Would it be possible that because they were initially not approved, it would have an impact on google ads sync?

I have unlinked and relinked the accounts, but that didnt do anything.

What else could cause approved products not to appear? I only have less then 10 products and not 1 appears on goolge ads, yet all appear on merchant account, along with goolge my business

Make sure the correct Google Ads account is linked to Google Merchant Center (GMC).

Write down the account id from Google Ads, then go to GMC > top right corner > account linking > google ads > check its the same ID.

If no, this is your issue.

If yes, then it should appear, and you need somone to look into your account. You can contact Google in the top right corner of your Google Ads account for support.

For the Search Console warnings, these are coming from your theme structured data because Google wants you to have these fields in order to be awarded search enhancements like Rich Results. It also looks like you’re using Shopify Product Reviews app which is not “linked” to your product data. That means you might get your reviews into the search results OR the product price/availability, but not both. When they are linked properly you can get all 3.

I have more details about these in my article on using the Schema Markup Tool and Rich Results Testing Tool.

Google Merchant Center also requires a global identifier for ads. So the feed you’re sending is likely missing data that is required as well. You can use this article as a reference to help diagnose possible issues with your data as it may point you in the right direction.
