Hi there! For the product that has 2,578 views in the last 14 days, I tried to segment these customers, however, I only got 4 contacts as a result. Can someone let me know what the total views mean, this is the total views including the ones who are not subscribed? Sorry I’m new to this. thank u
Just wondering
First of all, if one person opens a product page 5 times, it gets registered as 5 views.
Second of all, I suspect that only 4 of these contacts have an account in your store, the rest are in the guest mode, therefore you can`t possible know their personal information.
