We’re having a problem while developing our Shopify App.
Users can upload media from our app, but we realized, that if they upload a video, products/update webhook is not triggered, even tough the uploaded video is available on Shopify. That’s not the case when a user uploads an image file. Also, if they upload a video from the Shopify admin panel, we still receive the webhook.
We’re using the standard workflow to upload media, described here. What could be causing this?
