Promobox button displays side by side

I’d like to arrange the buttons inside the Promo Box (within the Builder section) to display in a horizontal row (side by side)

when viewed on a tablet in portrait mode.

I’m currently making edits in custom.css.

While reviewing previous logs related to this issue, I saw that others had made changes by adding code to base.css, but my theme doesn’t include a base.css file.

The theme I’m using is called Misell, which is a Japanese-language-optimized theme.
