Hello Community,
I feel like I’m going a little crazy. After three days of being on the phone with Meta, I was finally able to set-up and sync my Shopify to Facebook & Instagram. Quite the hassle. However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to share my products directly to my Instagram Business Profile. I was able to set up the shop within the profile but I cannot share my products to create a post, reel, etc… What am I missing here? I am able to share directly from Shopify to Facebook but cannot seem to figure out how to create an Instagram post with my products? Do I need to download another app?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
