Can anyone please help? I use Propel Subscriptions App to allow my customers to select and set up a recurring order for a product at a discount.

On my product pages, it shows payment options but not the Propel Subscription options to get a discount when doing automatic repeated orders. It only shows when you click ‘View full description’… but my customers do not click this and instead do not see a way of getting a discount for repeat orders.

Can anyone help me have the options showing without clicking ‘View full description’ please and it shows straight away?

Hi,

If I understand your correctly, you want to also show the subscription options in the product modal popup, which shows up when you click the “Choose options” button on your collection page?
If a subscription option can show up in there mostly depends on the subscription app you are using and how are they integrated with your theme.

In our Seal Subscriptions app, we have integrated a lot of themes into our system, which means that our app can usually show the subscription options in there automatically. But if it happens that the subscription widget doesn’t show in there, we can usually make adjustments to our app to make it compatible with your theme.

As you are using a different subscription app, I think it will be best to contact their support team and ask them for help with that. They will know best what to do and if their app is capable of showing the subscription options in there :slightly_smiling_face:

I’ve moved my subscription app to yours… thank you, looks a lot better.

So sorry… can I ask…. If a customer selects a subscription then ‘Shop with SHOP PAY’…. Does it not work as I can’t see subscription details at checkout page?

The subscription option does work with also ShopPay payment processor :slightly_smiling_face:

I have checked your shop and can see that this issue in your shop is caused by another app, called something like Easify Produt Options. Can you try deactivating it or uninstalling it to see if this resolved the problem?
