Hi, I sell products that can be sent to the customers preferred service provider/installer or delivered directly to their own personal address for them do themselves.
As 90% of customers will use the service provider option I would like this to be the default.
is it possible to change the fields or provide a description to the checkout to indicate this I.e.
“Please enter the details of your preferred installation provider”.
In the shipping fields the defaults should change to:
shipping address title changes to “installation provider address”
first name/surname removed and company name added
also checkbox
to enable the option to deliver to personal address instead. This would then need to show the default options for the shipping address form.
