Public Community Profile Is Hidden for All Users

Hi Shopify Community team,

My Community profile for @Magicshot_ai displays the message: “This user’s public profile is hidden.”

The profile is unavailable when viewed while logged out, and another logged-in Community user receives the same message. I also checked Preferences → Interface, but there is no option to enable public profile visibility.

Shopify Support advised me to create a post so the Community team can investigate. Could you please check my account and enable the public profile, or explain what I need to do?

I just checked but still showing the same error of “This user’s public profile is hidden”. I’ll check after few hours.
