It is easy-to-use and good for managing the discounts. You can configure the min price in advance and it automatically manages the negotiations with the customers.

If you’re going to implement this, I’d suggest looking into an app called Batna. Most ‘Make an Offer’ buttons are just static forms that send you an email (which is slow) or use basic ‘if/then’ logic.

What’s cool about Batna is that it actually lets AI negotiate the deal in real-time. Instead of just a ‘submit’ button, it opens a quick chat where the AI finds a middle ground that protects your margins but still gives the customer a ‘win.’ It’s much more effective for closing sales right then and there before they leave your site to check a competitor.

It’s definitely the most ‘automated’ way to handle it without having to manually reply to every offer yourself!

Hey, late to this thread but figured I’d add another option since it’s still getting replies. I built an app called Fluxley that does exactly this. Similar to what Slava mentioned with Batna: real-time AI negotiation, not just a static form. Customer clicks a button, chats, and finds their price within limits you set.

Main differences: Fluxley is free to install and commission-only, so you don’t pay anything unless it actually closes a sale. :slight_smile:
