Purchase Order Put Away Sheet

Hey there, we’re currently moving over to Shopify from our “home grown” e-commerce platform. We have some frequently used features on our current platform that we’re unable to find ready made substitutions or the ability to build our own app to do what we need. The main one we’re trying to figure out at the moment is what we refer to as Put Away Sheets for Purchase orders once they’re received. Once the purchase order is received we can print out a list of all received items and have them ordered by their Bin name. This way we can put everything away in an organized manner. This seems like a simple addition to the purchase orders. Digging through the API documentation and other community posts I found that the Purchase Order data isn’t accessible through the API.

Does anyone know of a solution for this? We’re not looking for a full blown warehouse management app with a hefty monthly subscription fee. We’re a small business with simple needs.

If this isn’t a feature and isn’t available as an app can a feature request be submitted?

First - you can always submit a feature request so definitely do that if this doesn’t work.

Next, yeah, I have an app that handles most of this. Put Away bin location isn’t really one of them though, but I can think of a great way to handle this (would need to add it still) in our app (FyreTrail) - especially with our additions this coming week. Thanks for that recommendation. I’ll take a look at your app to see how it looks for our needs. I can’t find any real way to submit a feature request. I’ve seen some instances where an admin took notice of a thread but that’s about it.
