HelloI,

am running Facebook and Instagram ads for my Shopify store since yesterday and sales are also generated but I am not able to track sales on Shopify order tab why?

Meta pixel isn’t tracking even though it’s properly connected

I am very frustrated please help me.

Hi @AQ95khan ,

  • You can check to ensure that the sales are not being processed as ‘Draft orders’. Draft orders won’t appear in your main Orders tab until completed.
  • Also, ensure the Meta Pixel is installed correctly on your shopify store.
    • In Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Preferences > Facebook Pixel
    • Check that the Pixel ID matches the one in your Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Use the Facebook Pixel Helper Chrome extension to confirm the pixel is firing correctly on your store pages
