Purchased Theme but site not live

I purchased the motion theme because i was emailed about it being copyright from the theme creator that i was using the theme without the consent. Anyway the purchased theme or any other free theme isn’t showing up now since the site was taking down. anyone delt with this same issue???

Did you receive the unlicensed theme email from Shopify, or from the theme developers directly?

If it was from Shopify, generally an issue with an unlicensed theme can be resolved by one of the following methods:

  • You’ll need to purchase a valid version of the reported theme from the Shopify Theme Store.
  • Or, you’ll need to completely delete the theme from your account.

Failure to complete either of the two options above may result in your store being locked by our internal team. If you’ve purchased the theme from our Theme Store but are still seeing issues with accessing your store, your next step here is to contact our live support team so that we can verify your theme purchase and take a closer look at your account.
