Is it not possible to use rewards point to essential pay for your order? I’ve been trying to combine quantity discounts which is very low but customers should have right to use points they earn to make a purchase

Good question. This depends on the loyalty points app you use, and if it combines with the quantity discounts app. Could you let me know which loyalty app you’re using?
The loyalty app may have a feature allowing you to email customers which products they can claim with points. If you can share that context I’m happy to look into it for you.

Gameball allows your customers to redeem their points to a set value you create. You can choose 1 point gives a discount of $1 on your order, as well as other custom configurations. You can read about that here.
They even have a free onboarding consultation as stated on their app page. You can share your specific use case and they can let you know how to best utilize the features of their app.
I’m unsure if this will stack with another discount app that you use, so in that case, as well it’s best to chat with Gameball and they can let you know how to get this done.
