The new shopify has removed item quantities on the print order page.
I fulfill in bulk, and print all the labels, then for the last 2 weeks have been fulfilling only 1 of each item in an order.
There used to be a little box with the total quantity of the item ordered, so if someone bought 3 of something there would be a little “3” next to the item.
That is totally removed now so you have no idea how many of each item they ordered.
Having the same issue, I had to reship out new packages for some people who only received one when ordered multiple because the quantity isn’t showing on print order page when fulfilling. Let me know if you find a fix to this
I spoke with support and they said this is expected behavior. I think this is a huge glitch.
I can’t find an efficient way to fulfill anymore other than 1 order at a time.
It’s 100% a glitch, hopefully it will be fixed soon but considering how it took Shopify 5x as long as every other platform to switch over to Ground Advantage we might be waiting a while
I’ve been going back and forth with them all week. They say it’s “expected” but it’s a nightmare. I can’t believe everyone isn’t complaining about this. There’s NO way everyone else is filling orders one by one. They told me that I should be using the packing slips… what a joke. Anyone have any recommendations for moving my store? It’s taking me hours to fill orders, this isn’t worth it if they aren’t going to fix it.
