Question about adding a table of content in the blog

Here is the problem, hope someone can help!

When I finished posting the blog and enter the page
https://stemtoy.com.hk/blogs/news/5-suggestions-for-choosing-stem-toy-in-hong-kong
And found out that clicking on nav bar button is not working, nav menu is not shown.

For the same site when clicking the nav menu button on:
https://stemtoy.com.hk/blogs/news/kid-stem-astronomical-telescope-toy-unbox
The button works, may I know how can I fix this?

For now, i just leave a very simple code as shown below in the table of content location, but the nav bar button still doesn’t work.

    Hi, could the issue be due to the top bar with the text " 最新開箱影片：天文望遠鏡實測 "?

    It seems most pages have the top bar, other than the 2 pages that are not working. Is the top bar generated with an external app or something? Maybe you can try turning the top bar on and off again?

    The top bar is a default function from the theme narrative.

    I have now turned it off except on the home page, but still the problem exists.

    It seems the best thing is to contact your theme developer. It could also be some code changes that was done in between the publish date of both posts, any app that you have installed etc.
