Hoping someone else has a similar store and can either confirm or deny a similar experience. I have a store with thousands of unique products. Starting a few months ago our product Collection pages that have over 10,000 products in them will randomly just start to cap at 10,000 (vs. the 21,000+ it should be) and when it does this it messes up the Collection sort results, etc. It’s now happening on one at 4,500 but usually it’s the 10,000+ one. When it does this, the back end admin collection looks fine, it’s just the front end store.
This lasts anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days and then goes back to normal. Happens off and on the last few months but always M-F when it crops up. No changes on my end outside of normal adding products going on. I’ve contacted support and been told I run a v1.0 store and it might be that… Maybe but I really don’t think so.
Is there anybody out there that has a huge store than is experiencing this as well or can tell me if you are not experiencing it? Right now it is “down” and capping at 10K. I believe it to be a bug and an underreported one since it wouldn’t affect many users.

Yes I have noticed this happening on our store too, seemingly just in the last week or two.
Thanks for replying. It’s good to know I’m not crazy. I’m a pretty tech savvy person so I hate the standard canned replies but have no way to confirm or deny some of the answers. Our last “outage” lasted several days but is now back up. I’m sure it will go down again until they realize there is a bug somewhere. I don’t know what else to do as it affects such a small subset of their customers. Eventually I’ll get to a 2.0 store and can push this up the chain further but not in our budget currently. Did yours go back up?
Hi, I have the same problem, I have 13000 products but only 10000 products are displayed on the “all products” page
I opened a service call 3 days ago, they claim that they are trying to fix it, but at the moment there is no visible solution
i have the same issue, the “best selling” sorting tab not working on collection pages and collections/all capped at 10,000… when it used to show all 42,500 products.

Have you talked to them about it? And if so, what was the answer you received? Because it seems to me that it is not written in their regulations. According to the regulations, the store is not limited in the number of products that can be sold, but on the other hand, if the products cannot be viewed, how will it be possible to sell them?
