Community members share their most impactful entrepreneurship advice (QOTW = Question of the Week series) and brief experiences.
Key themes:
Consistency over perfection: keep moving forward instead of waiting for ideal conditions.
Work without expecting immediate returns; focus on building your own dream to avoid building someone else’s.
Adversity is constant: crisis and opportunity coexist; face and seize opportunities. Example: one company grew from a small team to ~100 people despite several near-bankruptcy moments.
Pricing confidence: double rates without overthinking; many clients say yes, and your work feels more valued.
Moderator updates:
Acknowledged contributions, echoed key quotes, and invited elaborations (requests for a growth story and a pricing pitch).
Linked to the next QOTW for continued participation; an image was included but not central to the discussion.
Outcome and status:

" Hey everyone! I learned that consistency is more important than perfection. It’s better to keep moving forward than to wait for everything to be perfect! " Looking forward to hearing everyone’s thoughts!
Our company started with a small team and now has nearly 100 people. We have experienced many ups and downs and have been on the verge of bankruptcy several times. There are too many stories in between. I think adversity will always exist for entrepreneurs. Just remember that crisis and opportunity always coexist. Face and seize every opportunity, and there will always be an answer.
The best piece of advice I ever received was to double my rates without overthinking it. You’ll be surprised by how often clients say “yes” without hesitation, and how much more valued your work feels!
