Question regarding the use of an LLC for using Shopify

Hello,

I have some questions regarding the use of an LLC for using Shopify

To verify that I have an LLC I assume that I´ll have to post documents that can defend the entity’s creation (like an Operating Agreement and Articles of Organization). Can these documents alone demonstrate that I have an LLC or do I have to wait until getting my EIN Number also? I am in the process of getting one but I wanted to know if in the meantime it is possible to show all documents except the EIN?

If I can demonstrate that I have an LLC without showing EIN number, can I start selling on Shopify before having gotten the EIN?
